Requirements
1. Age
35 years old & above for Former Filipino citizens
* 50 years old & above for Ambassadors and Retired Diplomats.
2. Visa Deposit
US$ 1,500.00
Note : Additional visa deposit – US$ 15,000.00 per dependent in excess of two (2)
except for Former Filipinos
3. Convertibility of Deposits
*May be converted into investments
Note : For investment in condominium or long term lease of House and Lot,
units must be Ready For Occupancy
4. Application Fees
US$ 1,400.00 for principal
US$ 300.00 for each spouse /dependent
Note : One-time payment only
5. Monetary Obligation/s
US$ 10.00 Annual PRA fee
Note : PRA fee will be paid on its succeeding year.

7. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
1) Duly accomplished SRRV Application Form
2) Original Passport with Valid Entry Visa
3) Medical Examination Clearance
4) Police Clearance and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
(except for dependent-children below 18 years of age)
Police Clearance ONLY (from the applicant’s country of origin), for retiree-
applicants whose stay in the Philippines is thirty (30) days or less from the
date of last entry
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance for retiree-applicants whose
stay in the Philippines more than thirty (30) days from the date of last entry
Note : If cannot submit Police Clearance, submit Affidavit of Undertaking
5) 2”x2” ID Pictures (16) pieces
6) Marriage Contract
(Below are alternative requirements in lieu of the Marriage Contract)
★Family Register / Domicile (for Koreans and Japanese)
★Household Register (for Taiwanese)
★Certificate of Relationship (P.R.O.C Chinese)
★Koseki Tohon (for Japanese)
★Birth Certificate for minor child Note : If one applicant/principal only, NO NEED
7) Proof of Dollar Remittance to Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)
8) DBP Certificate of Retiree’s Bank Deposit
9) Original tourist I-Card (if the retiree-applicants stayed in the Philippines
more than (59) days
10) For former Filipinos, NSO-authenticated birth certificate
11) For ambassador/retired diplomat, Certificate of employment
** All documents obtained/issued abroad must have an English translation and
duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Consular office
