Principal Retiree - Applicant must be a foreign national or a former Filipino citizen who is at least 
35 years old.

- Spouse who is legally married to the principal (retiree/applicant)
- Child/Children, legitimate or legally adopted by the principal/ retiree/applicant,
who is/are unmarried and below 21 years old

* Applicants who apply the SRRV should not have the contagious diseases
